* Rollover Hours - unused hours in a given month. With Level II - IV plans, unused hours are carried for two months before expiring. In the third month a client could potentially have 3 times the plan level of hours for use (handy for making quarterly updates).

** Overage Rollover - additional hours used in a given month. With Level II - IV plans, additional hours (beyond the plan limit) used in a given month are carried and applied to the next two months. At the end of the two months any hours still outstanding are billed at the plan level rate.
